Media clinic, film screening held at Guwahati Press Club

Guwahati: Nemcare Hospital today (11 August 2018) conducted the weekly media OPD clinic at Guwahati Press Club, where Dr Biswajit Deuri and Dr Amritanshu Barkakoti offered free consultations to the participants. Dr Hitesh Barua, chairman cum managing director of the hospital also graced the camp. The participants also got their weight, blood pressure & sugar checked in the camp. Nurses Dimpi Deuri, Lukumoni Dowarah & Phulmoni Deuri assisted the physician in the clinic, where public relation officers Biswajit Sarma & Dharani Kalita were also present. Film screening: Chetan Anand’s patriotic movie ‘Haqeeqat’ was screened after the health clinic at the press club. Based on 1962 Indo-China war, the feature film is recognised as one of India’s best war movies. Made in 1964, the film is written, produced and directed by Chetan Anand. Its casts include Balraj Sahni, Dharmendra, Vijay Anand, Sanjay Khan, Priya Rajvansh etc. The film has cinematography by Sadanand, music by Madan Mohan and lyrics by Kaifi Azmi. The movie is enriched with few memorable songs including Hoke Majbur Mujhe Usne Bhulaya Hoga (Mohammed Rafi, Talat Mahmood, Manna Dey and Bhupinder Singh), Kar Chale Hum Fida Jaan-o-Tan Saathiyon (Rafi), Zara Si Aahat Hoti Hai To Dil Sochta Hai (Lata Mangeshkar), Masti Me Chhedke Tarana Koi Dil Ka (Rafi), Khelo Naa Mere Dil Se O Mere Saajanaa (Lata), Aai Ab Ki Saal Divaali Munh Par Apane Kun Male (Lata) and Main Ye Sochkar Uske Dar Se Uthaa Thaa (Rafi).
