Max Fashion ‘Wall of Kindness’ to spread cheer this Pujo

Kolkata, September 3, 2019: Max Fashion with an endeavour to brighten up Durga Pujo for children aims to donate new clothes to 5000+ children from different NGOs.
It also welcomes citizens of Kolkata to come forward and donate new clothes at their stores. For this initiative Max has tied up with eminent NGOs like, Hope Foundation, Voice of world, Rotary Club and others.
The Wall of Kindness will be inaugurated on the day of Mahalaya, which begins the festivities for Kolkata’s most iconic and looked forward, Durga Pujo. The 1800 feet long “Wall of Kindness’ will display the clothes before being handed over to the kids on Mahalaya day, the beginning of Devi-Paksha.
Max Fashion, also unveiled its Pujo Collection today. The Pujo collection included SINDURI “a collection inspired by festive shades of vermillion, mustards and ivory to celebrate supreme power and welcome new beginnings. Expanding the range with contemporary silhouettes in rich luxurious fabrics with intricacy of gold widens the opportunity to celebrate the biggest festival of Bengal.
Talking about the initiative, Rajib Mukherjee, AVP Operations East & Central India, Max said, “We are delighted to make the Wall of Kindness for the children of Bengal. We all love to gift new clothes to our family and friends ahead of the festive season. Everybody is not so fortunate enough to receive such gifts. In this connect, we have decided to gift kids with new clothes. We wholeheartedly urge our customers and general public to participate and lend a smile to kids.”

Present at the occasion, eminent music director, singer Anupam Roy, said “The kid in us still yearns for new clothes during Durga Puja.
