Jalandhar, November 5, 2015: Cambridge has been actively organising the workshop for the effective teaching skills.  The orientation programmes for  teachers and teacher training are conducted from time to time.  Maths workshop was organised on Thursday in CISFG, Jalandhar. The resource person, Dr.Anup Kumar Rajput conducted Maths Workshop in CISFG. He is the Professor of Mathematics at NCERT, New Delhi. Presently he is the Head of Department and Coordinator of Early School Mathematics Programme, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. 
He has been involved in the development of curriculum, Mathematics text books at various stages of school education. He was the chief information officer for e-Governance, government of india, 2013 and international consultant on ICT projects funded by Asian Development Bank. Presently , Dr. Rajput is also experimenting massive online open courses(MOOCS)for teachers and students. He is an external examiner for university of Mauritius and Mauritius institute of education, Mauritius. 
Our special thanks to MR. Narayan Bansal, the manager sales (Senior book) of Ratna Sagar P.Ltd. who organised the Maths Worshop.  150 participants were there from 75 schools. He guided the teachers and teacher trainer on pedagogy of mathematics through face to face mode as well as distance mode using video conferencing  i.e imparting education through satellite communication (EduSat). 
On this occasion, Director Mr. J.K. Kohl,i Principal Ms. Deepa Dogra, Principal Mr. Zoraver Singh(Cambridge Phagwara) , Vice principal Ms.Preeti Sharma, Advisor Learning Wings Education System(Auckland),Coordinators were present to grace the occasion. The Vote of Thanks was presented by the principal Ms. Deepa Dogra and honoured him.
