Man accused of molesting sister-in-law gets bail

New Delhi, June 25 (IANS) A court here granted anticipatory bail to a man, who is accused of molesting his sister-in-law.

Additional Sessions Judge Virender Kumar Goyal granted bail to Pramod and asked him to furnish a personal bond of Rs.25,000 with one surety of the like amount.

Pramod was directed to join the investigation as and when required, the court order Tuesday said.

Pramod and his brother are accused of outraging the modesty of their sister-in-law and wrongfully confining her.

Earlier, Pramod's brother was given relief by another court which had directed the investigating officer to give seven working days' notice to him if he was required to be arrested in the case.

Pramod's counsel Amit Sahni, while requesting bail for his client, told the court he was falsely implicated in the case as there was a property dispute in the family.
