Jalandhar, October 13, 2015: Lyallpur Khalsa College has won the Tennis inter-college competition of Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. This information was given by Dr G.S Samra, College Principal. He said that the college had a policy of offering liberal concessions and advanced sports facilities to its player students, as a result of which it had won the overall sports championship of the university 13 times. Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President College Management congratulated the college sports department and students (Sukhdanish Singh, Jobanjit Singh, Sushant Moudgil and Praveer) on this achievement. Prof. Tarsem Singh and S. Nirmal Singh Coach of the tennis team were also present on this occasion.
