Players of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar who win basketball inter-college competition of GNDU, Amritsar.
Jalandhar, October 17, 2015: Lyallpur Khalsa College has won the Basketball inter-college competition of Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. The championship trophy was presented by S.Kanwar Mandeep Singh, Assistant Director Sport, Guru Nanak DevUniversity, Amritsar. This information was given by Dr.G.S. Samra, College Principal He said that the college had a policy of offering liberal concessions and advanced sports facilities to its player students, as a result of which it had won the overall sports championship of the university 13 times. Sardarni Balbir Kaur President College Management congratulated the college sports department on this achievement. Dr. Jaspal Singh, Head Department of Physical Education and Sports, Dr. S.S. Bains Dean Sports and Sh. Rajinder Kumar Bhatia Coach were also present on this occasion.
