LUDHIANA NEWS --- ORDERS UNDER SECTION 144 OF CrPC REVOKED

Ludhiana, July 20, 2018: District Magistrate Ludhiana Mr Pardeep Kumar Agrawal has informed that the orders issued under section 144 of CrPC on July 6, 2018 regarding banning the sale of syringes without a doctor’s prescription in District Ludhiana (excluding the areas falling under Police Commissionerate Ludhiana) have been revoked with immediate effect now. He stated that all medical store owners of Ludhiana district (excluding the areas falling under Police Commissionerate Ludhiana) have been directed to follow the instructions issued by the state government from time to time.
