Ludhiana News --- CTU foundation classes students visit Nahar Spinning Mills

Ludhiana, June 18, 2018: CT University started its foundation classes for the students for their personality development, spoken English and study of core discipline. To give away practical exposure to students, they were taken on an Industrial visit to Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd Unit, Ludhiana.

Nahar Spinning Mills Company is one of the largest integrated textile players in India. The students got an industrial exposure and went on to interact with the concerned people in spinning mills. They learned about the process of converting raw cotton into finished thread.

Sachin Jain, Assistant Professor from School of Management said, “The students got to witness the processing of raw cotton stuff into properly finished threads. The visit was successful and the students had a knowledgeable experience.”

Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Harsh Sadawarti said, “The students of Foundation classes recently had a cultural event where they got to display their hidden talent and now we are giving them an educational and practical exposure. The visit proved to be an everlasting learning experience for the students.”
