Ludhiana, October 10, 2016: On the occasion of Dussehra, which signifies the victory of good over evil the District Congress Committee Ludhiana (Urban) is organising an event on October 11 from 2 pm to 6 pm on the grounds opposite Vardhman Mills, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
“S.Ravneet Singh Bittu, MP will fire the effigy of Ravana, which will also symbolise our commitment to rid Punjab of drug abuse, unemployment and the rising debt”, said PS to MP in a statement here on Monday.
He further told that a documentary ‘Fading Glory’ on drug menace by Smt. Sadhavi Khosla, will be released on the occasion.
A song on the drug menace will also be dedicated to the youth of Punjab.
