Ludhiana Breaking News: GHG Khalsa College of Pharmacy, Gurusar Sadhar bags International Award

Ludhiana, December 5, 2014: G.H.G Khalsa College of Pharmacy, Gurusar Sadhar has been honoured with “Global Achievers Award for Education Excellence 2014” by the International Achievers Conference.

The Award was received by Dr Satvinder Kaur, Principal of the College at recently held award ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the second distinction coming to the College as in the year 2012 the College was bestowed with Best Performing Institution of the Year Award. Established in 1984, G.H.G Khalsa College has risen to become a premier institution of pharmacy education and research in Punjab by the sheer dint of dedication of its faculty and a highly inspiring and encouraging management headed by Manjit Singh Gill. The College offers Diploma, Degree and postgraduate courses. The M. Pharm. courses are in the disciplines of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. Besides, a number of faculty members are pursuing their doctoral programme. G.H.G. Khalsa College of Pharmacy is equipped with state of the art equipments such as ultraviolet, infrared spectrophotometers, high performance liquid chromatography, and high performance thin layer chromatography.
