Ludhiana Architects discuss Kartarpur Terminal

“Engage Ludhiana 2019” 22nd edition, commencing the third series of the most celebrated Architectural Journey in India
Ludhiana, June 2, 2019: Engage Ludhiana 2019 was held in association with IIA Punjab Chapter and Ludhiana Centre; organized, curated and executed by Ideate India, attended by over 200+ stalwarts of the architectural and design industry from all parts of Punjab.

The keynote speaker of the event was Prof.Ar.Charanjit Singh Shah, an architect, educationist, academician and the founder of “Creative Group”. He spoke on the topic of “Creating Sustainable Smart Infrastructure”, which was a detailed discussion on Kartarpur Land Port Terminal – A Symbol of Peace. Shah’s profound knowledge and sincere approach towards Green Architecture in India, and inclination towards spearheading landmark sustainable projects, made the session insightful and knowledgeable, keeping the audience captivated.

Glocalisation – through technology and material integration, was the subject for a power pack panel discussion amongst eminent panellists comprising of Ar. Sanjay Goel – Designex Architects, Prof. Ar. Charanjit Singh Shah – Creative Group, Ar Ravinder Singh – Living Space, Ar. Thakur Udayveer – Space Race Architects and Ar. Kanav Khosla – Avinash Khosla & Associates.

The panel was adeptly moderated by Ar. H. H. Nishanth, from DSP Design Associates Bangalore, whose association with Engage as a knowledge partner made the panel discussion highly interactive and subject mastery driven session for the audience, satiating every counterargument and rebuttals.
Engage Ludhiana 2019 was also complemented with some innovative products display by brands such as Schuco, Armstrong and Epson India.

Altogether, 'Engage’ proved to be a major successful event in the area of Architecture, bringing together the Architects & Designers of the industry under one roof to interact, glimpse latest products & technology, gain knowledge, network & create business avenues to flourish and grow.

Encouraged by the success of the evening, the organizers at Ideate India, being one of the most sought after and fast growing Organizers of Exhibitions and Conferences, announced the next destination city as Raipur for their Architectural Conference series.
