Ludhiana, November 7, 2014: Two new ECHS Polyclinics, located at Samrala and Jagraon, were inaugurated by Lieutenant General NPS Hira, General Officer Commanding 11 Corpson 07 Nov 2014. The operationalisation of these two polyclinics will facilitate effective medical support for more than 15000 Ex-servicemen and their dependent family members in and around Samrala and Jagraon. Both the polyclinics have been equipped with adequate medical and support staff and have a dispensary and a laboratory each. Each of the polyclinics has a number of reputed hospitals on its panel.
Inauguration of these two polyclinics was lauded by the veterans present for the event. General Officer Commanding 11 Corps interacted with the veterans and the civil administrative officials present and assured everyone of sustained support from the Army for the veterans and their families.
