Jalandhar, December 14, 2017: Computer science engineering student at Lovely Professional University, Kunal Saini has recently emerged victorious among 3037 competitors at TechGig’s Data Science Edition-3 competition. Being in line with great Indian IT minds, Kunal proved himself innovating, creating and experimenting with technology and its various aspects during the competition. Along with honing his skills, he has also made himself visible to the top IT companies world-wide. Kunal has also been awarded with a cash prize of Rs 30,000. TechGig is world's biggest programmers’ community, where participants can learn, compete & showcase programming skills in the IT industry. Congratulating the winning student, LPU Chancellor Mr Ashok Mittal encouraged him to keep up the buoyant spirit to further excel in the world.

Currently 5th semester student at LPU, Kunal who hails from a small village Shahpur at Hisar in the state of Haryana holds: “LPU has really transformed me into an industry required student. My joys knew no bounds when I came to know that I have got second position among thousands of participants from other premier institutions across the country. I am indeed happy to be victorious at the biggest tech contest designed to identify the best programmers and tech enthusiasts across India.”
