Quarterly Lok Adalat, with 11 benches, being organised at district headquarter at Ferozepur, on Saturday.
Ferozepur, July 28, 2013: Quarterly Lok Adalat, with 11 benches, organised at district headquarter, on Saturday, which settled the number of cases with amicable settlement of both the parties.
Giving this information, Vivek Puri, District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur informed that 120 cases were settled out of total 178 cases, with settlement of amount for Rs.1,57,56000 were presented before the Lok Adalats.
He further said, “Lok Adalat plays a vital role in settling the court cases which saves time and time apart from ending the personal enmities”.
