Lobsang Sangay attends inaugural ceremony of new BPO venture

Prime Minister of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile Lobsang Sangay attended inaugural  ceremony of a new business process outsourcing (BPO) venture of Uma Ling Technical Solution at near TCV handicraft section Dharamshala, Cantt on  Wednesday. On the occasion, he delivered keynote address. Sangay was seen lighting a lamp infront of the Portrait of HH the Dalai Lama. Interestingly, Tibetan girls and boys were seen dressed up in traditional dresses, waiting for the arrival of Lobsang Sangay.
