The LKC GK Club of Lyallpur Khalsa College conducts a Quiz competition ‘LKC Quiz Champs’

Jalandhar, April 19, 2019: The LKC GK Club of Lyallpur Khalsa College conducted a Quiz competition ‘LKC Quiz Champs’ among four teams made up by the top 12 ranked students from a comprehensive series of quiz tests conducted during the academic session. College Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra graced the event as chief guest and stressed the importance of updated general awareness levels for students in addition to their academics. As per the program put forth by Prof.Ahuja Sandeep, Professor In charge LKC GK Club, four teams participated in the aforementioned event and after a tightly contested quiz competition, Team C comprising of Biru Chourasia, Ashwini Pardhan and Khusbhu claimed the first spot followed by Team A of Abhishek, Nitish and Himanshu on the runners up spot. Teachers from various departments of the college acting as resource persons for the quiz students were duly awarded appreciation certificates along with certification for the students as well. The quiz was very eloquently anchored by Prof.Upma Arora. On behalf of the LKC GK Club, Prof.Ahuja Sandeep thanked Principal Dr.GS Samra for his continuous support to the Club and also recognized the sincere efforts of staff members associated with the Club namely, Prof.Pooja Sonik, Prof.Rahul Bhatia, Prof.Pooja Rana and Prof.Gurjinder Kaur.
