Launching of Diploma Airlines & Hospitality at GNA University

Jalandhar, May 26, 2018: GNA University, the best emerging University of North India proudly announces the launch of their newly designed Program “Diploma in Airlines & Hospitality” during the Press Conference held at GNA University. The University already offers a Graduate program in Airlines Tourism & Hospitality, but keeping the need of the market and changing trends, the Management took a leap in designing the one year Diploma program to suit to the basic skill based requirements of the students who want to have flair of Hospitality & Tourism industry.
S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, Pro- Chancellor, GNA University said, “GNA University is always there to give the best skill to the students so that they become employable worldwide. The Diploma in Airlines & Hospitality provides a wider scope to the students to become Air Hostess, Ground Staff, Flight Supervisor, Event Manager, Immigration Consultant and many more.”
Chef Varinder Singh Rana, the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Hospitality said, “GNA University is the only University in North India with DGCA approved Aviation Workshop for giving the students the right training in Airlines and Hospitality. The Program is designed in such a way that the students are going to get practical exposure in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.”
Dr.DishaKhanna, the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Liberal Arts said, “The one year Program will offer a Program kit comprising of Training Manual, Corporate Uniform and Grooming Products as an add on speciality during the Program. The Program will also provide hands on training to the students at the best hotels and airlines.”
The one year Program will have 60 seats with XII in any stream as the eligibility. The special attraction of Diploma Airlines & Hospitality is workshop in Persona Management, First Aid & Safety Training, Coaching on swimming, and Internships in Hotels & Travel Agencies.
Present in the launch of the Program was all the Deans and Heads from the various Faculties.
