Jalandhar, April 3, 2015: Late R.C Memorial two days National Level Moot Court Competition was held at St Soldier Law College in which 16 teams from Punjab, Himachal Pardesh, Haryana and Delhi participated.
Lt Retd J.S.Dhillon, Chairman Anil Chopra grace the opening ceremony and welcomed by MD Prof. Manhar Arora, Principal Dr.S.C.Sharma and Directors, Principals of St Soldier Institutions. Dr.Sharma told that on the topic "Army Law" two students will spoke in favor or against from one University / College. 8 teams will selected for quarter-final and 4 teams for semi final rounds. Chief Guest Lt. Retd. Dhillon said that Army Law is a big problem or burning topic in the areas like Jammu and Kashmir. Students will spoke on Arm forces special Force Act is working according to Constitution, any need of correction in this act, need of Army Law. Chairman Chopra gave best wishes to all participants of all states.
