KMVites Shine at National Level; Ten Students Qualify National Graduate Physics Examination

Ludhiana, April 5, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage & Autonomous institution, Jalandhar always endeavour for the holistic development and growth of the students. 10 KMVites have qualified national level examination of National Graduate Examination in Physics (NGPE) conducted by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT). Ten students of KMV namely Kajal (B.Sc. sem I), Ritika (B.Sc. sem I), Pamelpreet(B.Sc. sem I), Vibhuti (B.Sc. sem I), Kirti (B.Sc. sem I), Komalpreet (B.Sc. sem I), Navneet (B.Sc. sem II), Gursharanjit Kaur (B.Sc. sem II), Nisha (B.Sc. sem II) & Meenakshi (B.Sc. sem III) have qualified this national level examination. These students have been awarded with the certificates and are also placed in the category of top 10% at national level. It is important to mention here that NGPE is the only national level examination testing students in theory and experiment conducted by IAPT. The students of KMV competed at the national level with the undergraduate students of Miranda House (Delhi), St. Stephen College (Delhi), BHU (Varanasi) etc. & gave them a hard competition.
Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the achievers and also the exam co-ordinator Dr. Neetu Chopra for this outstanding success. She also inspired them to scale unprecedented heights in all their future endeavours. She averred that students at KMV are always encouraged to participate in various national as well as international level competitions. She further maintained that KMV will continue to provide all sorts of support to these achievers who continue to make the institute proud by their achievements.
