KMVites Bag Top Position in the University in B.Sc. Fashion Designing

Jalandhar, July 4, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar always endeavours for the holistic development and growth of the students. The students of B.Sc. Fashion Designing Semester VI have brought laurels to KMV by securing top position in the Guru Nanak Dev University Examinations. Ms Manpreet Kaur has bagged 2nd position in the University by scoring 2671/3000 marks. It is pertinent to mention that Department of Fashion Designing has been ranked 1st among the colleges in India in various categories by India Today. The department is ranked Number One Nationally by India Today in the category of 'Best Value for Money' & 'Lowest Tuition Fee'. The city- level exhibitions of the department are also much awaited and give the budding designers of the department a platform to showcase their skills and earn their money. The Fashion shows under the nomenclature of ''Sukriti'' have made a name for themselves not only in the region but also on the national level. Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the achievers for their outstanding achievement and lauded the efforts of Department of Fashion Designing. She averred that KMV provides its students the best suitable ambience for their overall development and also motivates the students to scale bigger heights in the life.
