Jalandhar, June 20, 2018: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Autonomous & Heritage Institution’s student Vijeta has got admission to the Master of Arts Degree Program in Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
It is worth a mention here that Vijeta has been offered Excellence in Literary Studies Scholarship which will cover 50% of her tuition fee for the entire duration of the program. Vijeta who has been a student of the prestigious B.A. Hons School in English course gives the sole credit of her selection for the M.A. Program in Northeastern University to her alma mater as the erudite faculty and the umpteen opportunities provided to her at KMV have played a pivotal role in chiseling her personality. The international exposure, the world class education and strong student support programs have instilled confidence in her to touch new horizon.
Congratulating Vijeta Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi, Principal, KMV averred that KMV is indeed proud of her achievement. Vijeta had worked hard to realize her dream and had availed the benefit of all the programs offered at KMV. She had attended cultural exchange program at Boston University, USA and was also selected to attend Summer School at Boston University. Under exchange program, she has also visited Harvard University, USA. She had the privilege of participating in International Conferences organized at KMV. All these enriching experiences have come to an excellent fruition with her selection in one of the top US universities.
Principal also congratulated the faculty of PG Dept. of English-Mrs. Seema Jain, Head, Dr. Madhumeet, Mrs. Vanila, Mrs. Shalini, Dr. Deepika, Dr. Reena, Mrs. Rituparna Datta and Mr. Jaideep for this achievement of their student.
