Jalandhar, February 10, 2015: Students of K.M.V.Collegiate Sr.Sec.School, Jalandhar has won gold, silver, bronze medals in National Science Olympiads. Priya Roy of 10+1 and Navpreet Kaur of 10+2 from KMV Collegiate Sr.Sec.School, Jalandhar won gold medal in the first level National Science Olympiad conducted on November 12, 2014.
In the same competition Sakina 10+1 and Tanuja Suman 10+2 won silver medals while Gurpreet Kaur (10+1) and Kirandeep Kaur (10+2) were awarded bronze medals. Priya Roy of (10+1) Science qualified Ist level Olympiad and appeared in II level Olympiad on February 8, 2015.
Principal Prof.Dr.Atima Sharma congratulated the winners and said that K.M.V.Collegiate Sr.Sec.School, Jalandhar believes in imparting quality education to its students and a number of National level examinations like NCO, NSO, IMO, IEO, NSEP, NSEC,NSEB are carried out to further the quest of knowledge and competitive spirit.
