KMV Collegiate School Volleyball team bags Punjab State Schools Volleyball Championship

Jalandhar, December 17, 2018: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Autonomous & Heritage Institution, Jalandhar, one of the most prestigious college of the nation not only provides a suitable environment for academics, but it also holds an upper niche over the other colleges in the field of sports also. Keeping with the tradition, KMV Collegiate school has bought great laurels to the KMV. KMV Collegiate School Volleyball team has bagged Punjab State Schools Championship held at Barnala. KMV team defeated district Muktsar team in the final match by 3-0. Six girls namely Parampreet, Simran, Simranjit, Sukhpreet, Manjit and Jaspreet have been selected for school National camp. One of the team members named Manjit has also been selected for the Junior Nationals Championship.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the team for their remarkable achievement and she also appreciated the efforts of the Physical Education Department.
