KMV celebrates National Army Day

Jalandhar, January 15, 2018: At Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, the Heritage Autonomous institution a rich tribute was paid to the Indian Army's martyr's on the 'National Army Day'. The N.C.C cadets saluted the National Flag and expressed their solidarity and reverence for the Great Indian Army that is recognized and graded as one of the most highly professional forces at the International level. The student council was also present on the occasion.
Principal Prof. Dr.Atima Sharma Dwivedi addressed the N.C.C. cadets and the student council members. She said that we all salute the contribution made by the Great Indian Army in protecting the nation and providing us a conducive environment for growth and prosperity of the largest Democracy on the earth. She said that there were other great contributions being made with money and other material resources. Some were also dedicating a lifetime of committed service to the nation but the only one's with the bravest of hearts who sacrificed their lives for the nation belonged to the Indian Army. Also present on the occasion were all Heads of Departments and the Dean Student Welfare Dr. Madhumeet.
