Kids' Carnival & 'Champs Camp' concludes at VR Punjab

Mohali, July 8, 2018: VR Punjab organised a Kids' Carnival which aimed at fun and productive use of the summer vacations. The carnival was preceded by a 'Champ’s Camp' for 20 days and workshops for the students included Dance, Music, Art, Cookery, Theatre, Science, Photography and Pottery. The carnival also included a Father & Child drawing competition which was big hit with the families in attendance. To support and promote the learning process and make students' sensitive towards the environment, Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB), contributed by organizing a Slogan writing and Painting competition where the winners were given bicycles. The ‘Champs’ were entertained with a movie ‘Peter Rabbit’ and renowned kids' favourite ‘star planetarium’ during the carnival. The teams of 'Super Bheem' and POGO channel visited VR Punjab to celebrate the birthday of kids' favourite animation character ‘Super Bheem’.
