LUDHIANA, JULY 6, 2018: Khanna MLA Gurkirat Singh Kotli on Friday assumed the charge of All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary in New Delhi in the presence of Rajya Sabha MP and AICC treasurer Motilal Vora.
Vora welcomed Kotli and claimed his appointment will strengthen Congress party in the coming general elections.
On the occasion, Fatehgarh Sahib MLA Kuljit Singh Nagra, Payal MLA Lakhbir Singh Lakha, Sultanpur Lodhi MLA Navtej Singh Cheema, Bassi Pathana MLA Gurpreet Singh, Khemkaran MLA Sukhpal Singh Bhullar, Dhuri MLA Dalbir Singh Goldy, and Balachaur MLA Darshan Lal were also present there and congratulated Kotli.
