JD Institute of Fashion Technology holds Orientation Ceremony

New Delhi, August 23, 2018: JD Institute of Fashion Technology held an orientation ceremony on Saturday, August 18 to welcome and introduce new students to the ever expanding family of JD Institute Fashion technology. The highlight of the ceremony was the panel discussion on – “Design Education - Your gateway to an exciting future".

The panel featured stalwarts from varying background of the fashion and design fraternity such as Ace Designer- Ms Rina Dhaka, Ms Nandini Bhalla, Editor-in-Chief, Cosmopolitan, Mr Prasoon Dewan, owner of Eurostar International and Ms Lipika Sud, a leading interior designer of India. The experts gave the students a glimpse into the dynamics of the industry, its future prospects as well as shared their journey.

On the occasion, Ms Rupal Dalal, Executive Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology said, “We are thrilled to welcome the new batch to our JD family. Like every year, we are looking forward to offering the best learning experience and an enriching journey ahead to these aspiring designers. The day long orientation programme was a medium to familiarise the enrolled students with its staff and facilities at the institute, rules and regulations, and the calendar of academic events. The students also witnessed an overview of different departments and infrastructural facilities.
