Jatin and Aatma bags title of Mr. and Ms. Valentine at CT University

CT University marks Valentine’s Day with a fashion shown Ludhiana, February 14, 2019: Department of Fine Arts, CT University organised a Pageant Event- ‘Glam and Grace’ on the occasion of Valentine’s Day today. Staff and students were dressed up in black, red and white and participated in Fashion Show. The judges for the fashion show were Harpawit Singh, model/actor and winner of PTC Mr Punjab 2017 and Fashion Blogger, Nishtha Sagar, Miss India beautiful figure 2017 and Miss India Well Spoken 2017. The students went through two rounds. Round one, all the couples participated and walked the ramp and in round two the students were judged individually on the basis of their talent. Ms. Valentine tag was bagged by Aatma whereas Jatin Sharma bagged the title of Mr. Valentine. Along with these, Yashandeep bagged the title of Miss Confident and Parmod and Akshay bagged Mr. Confident titles. Chailando was titled as Miss Best Dressed whereas Bhavish bagged Mr. Best Dressed title. Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CTU appreciated the efforts of the department and said that fashion shows are the practical part of fashion design department and they have done a commendable job in organizing such a mega show. On this occasion, Geetanjali Kapoor, Head of School of Design and Innovation, Registrar Dr. JS Dhiman were present along with other officials, staff and students of University.
