Jalandhar to witness Mega Job Fest on Oct 17 by St. Soldier Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, October 14, 2016: St Soldier Group of Institutions, Jalandhar in its endeavor for the second time in the year 2016 is organising a Biggest SSGI Mega Job Fair- 2016 on October 17 in St Soldier Campus, NH-1, Jalandhar-Amritsar Bye Pass, Near NIT, Jalandhar in which more than 25 companies will offer jobs to students. The objective of this job fest is to provide a one stop of opportunities for students of St. Soldier Group of Institutions as well as for other colleges of the region who are seeking jobs in the corporate world. This job is fair is open for Public, anyone who is in final year of study in any stream or passed out in any stream can take part in SSGI Job Fair.

Chairman of St. Soldier Group of Institutions Anil Chopra said “This will benefit the students of our group and around areas where they can have multiple options to choose for their employment. Apart from that this will be great exposure for the students to undergo recruitment process to understand the requirements and expectation of the business houses.
While Addressing the media persons, Manhar Arora, Managing Director said,” We had organized Job Fair in the February, 2016, in which more than 6000 students took part and 657 students were given jobs. This job fair is going to be another opportunity for all the students of all the colleges in which more than 25 Big Brand National and Multinational Companies from all around India will come and offer jobs. These companies comprises of big brands like Tech Mahindra, Academia Guru, Toxel, Microwin, Sarowar Portico, Religare, Mannapuram,FirstSource, Karvy etc.

Manhar Arora told media persons that “There is an overwhelming response so far as more than 1000 registration has been done through direct and online mode. This event will provide abundance of opportunities for job seekers who are having Graduate and Post Graduate degrees in any streams. Students who are into their final year of course and those who have completed their qualification are eligible to participate in this job fest. Final year students and alumni of MBA, MCA, B.Tech, MSc(IT), PGDCA, BBA, BCA, BSc(IT), B.Com, BA, Polytechnic Diploma, ITI, Hotel Management and other graduates and postgraduates in any streams can avail the facility of placement offers in this Job Fair. This Job Fair is open and any one who is eligible can participate.”
