Jalandhar Sahodaya Inter School Group Song Competition, 2017

Jalandhar, May 27, 2017: Sanskriti KMV School hosted Jalandhar Sahodaya Inter School Group Song Competition 2017, with the participation of more than 40 schools of Jalandhar Independent Schools Sahodaya Complex. With the event on the concluding day, the participating team contested with high level competence in patriotic song presentation.
The field expert Judges, Ms Seema Chadha, HOD Department of Vocal Music, SD College and Mrs Kulwinder Kaur Former HOD Music Department, HMV, Jalandhar minutely observed the performances.
Seth Hukam Chand Public School bagged the first position and were awarded with Winner’s Trophy, Medals and Certificates by Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal and the Judges. Police DAV Public School and Lala Jagat Narain DAV School bagged the second position. Mayor World School and Wood Land Overseas School, took third position. Consolation positions were announced for Doaba Public Sr. Sec. School and STS World School. Encouraging the young instrumentalist, Amardeep Singh of Guru Amardass Pubic School and Rohan of Kamla Nehru Public School were also awarded with an appreciation prize.
Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, in her appreciation address to the school teams, mentioned that the performance of all the school teams has been overwhelming and congratulated all on being the part of the mega event at Sanskriti KMV School.
