Jalandhar, December 29, 2017: Ivy World School Jalandhar prides itself with creating a school ethos where community service is at its heart. As part of this, we actively encourage all students to get involved in activities pertaining to charity early in life. The response was commendable as we gathered clothes, sweaters, caps, jackets etc to share and bring a smile on the faces of the not so lucky kids. The care and concern of the students would provide them warmth in the cold weather.
The school also collected an amount of Rs 8500 after selling bio-degradable bags made by the NGO –Bhu Worth Child Care which helps better the lives of underprivileged children and helps in creating awareness towards our environment.
Mrs. S Chauhan , Principal Ivy World School believes that the value of quality education is not only to ready the students for a better tomorrow , but also to make them into responsible, caring citizens that are empathetic towards their society.
