Ivyian Shooting Stars

Jalandhar: Ivy World School Shooters created history in the District level Air Rifle and Air Pistol Shooting Competition at PAP Shooting Range by making a clean sweep of the prized positions. The District Rifle Shooting Association who was highly impressed with the superb performance of the Ivyian squad. The squad included three ace members-Umieed Gokal, Mansi Makkar and Aditya Singh Salathia. Umieed Gokal won the gold medal in Junior category and the silver under the Youth category of Peep Sight Air Rifle event followed by Mansi Makkar with a bronze medal both in the Junior and the Youth category in 10m Air Pistol event. Next in turn had Aditya Singh Salathia with a silver medal in Under 14 category in 10m Air Pistol event.
Mrs. S.Chauhan, the Principal shared her pleasure over the outstanding performance of the students and congratulated them on their stupendous success. Mr. S K Vasal, the Chairman Vasal Educational Group congratulated the students and motivated them to achieve greater heights and become ace shooters through perseverance and practice.
