Jalandhar, June 9, 2019: Ivy World Play School,180 Civil Lines, organized summer camp from June 3-8. Around 200 children explored their potential and expressed their creativity in the field of cooking, yoga,art and craft ,had fun time dressing up us their favourite cartoon fairy-talecharacter, they even enjoyed playing games and taking a dip in the splash pool on a hot summer afternoon. Our summer camp began with a lot of enthusiasm wherein all the children donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in ‘Cooking Without Fire’. Children doled out nutritious yet delectable delicacies. The event not only provided a platform for the students to foster their creativity but also helped them explore their hidden talents and discover new areas of their interest. Furthermore faculty, staff and students enthusiastically participated during to acclimatize the body to Yogic exercises & Yoga. The tiny tots were introduced to Yogasanas, Kapalbhati, Pranayama, Dhyna, Sankalpa and relaxation..Children expressed their love and exhibited their talents by making beautiful cards for their fathers,also our little tiny tots had a gala being a part of the fitness boot camp.Here the children were exposed to real life experience of the military soldires.In order to broaden their vision and imaginative skills,children were asked to dress up as their favourite cartoon fairy-tale character and they all entered the Magic Land where Mr.Promod a very renowned Magician,who has managed to enter the Guinness World Book record mesmerized all our little ones with his magic tricks.Thereafter the magic show,the children tapped their toe on their favourite songs..Lastly,our little ivyians took a dip in the splash pool,to beat the heat and went back home with smiling faces. Our director Ms.Ena Vasal,CEO-Mr.Raghav Vasal,Principal Ms.S.Chauhan and Headmistress Ms.Shefali Sharma encouraged the parents to identify, nurture and appreciate their children’s creativity. The parents appreciated the efforts made by teachers to train their kids.
