Ironman Kris Gethin from UK provided Fitness Tips to LPU Students

Jalandhar, September 27, 2018: Considered Ironman globe over-world’s number one body transformation coach Kris Gethin from the UK reached Lovely Professional University (LPU) today and advised students to be healthy, fit and fine. Highlighting, Kris has also mentored bollywood super stars Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham being their personal coach. Kris advised LPU students not to hit the snooze button for letting their life slip away to comforts, excuses and weaknesses: “Be committed, controlled and live your life to the fullest. Train your brain and body both to be powerful in every form.
