Chief Manager United India Insurance Company lightning the candle at a function at Khanna on Friday.

Khanna, October 16, 2015: An Insurance Literacy Programme was organised at Government Primary School No.6 Khanna by United India Insurance Company Limited. Angroop Sonam CRM United India Insurance Regional Office Ludhiana and DEO Ludhiana Gurjot Singh were the Chief Guest of this function. This function started with the lightening of Jot by the Chief Guest and late3r school children presented a cultural programme also. 
In his address, CRM Angroop gave information that United India Company had adopted this school and had spent one lakh rupees for the repair of this school. He stated that United India Insurance had adopted 35 villages and 125 schools in all over India and they have adopted 4 schools in Punjab out of which 2 schools and two villages will be adopted in Ludhiana District. He said that Untied India Insurance is spending one lakh per school and 15 lakh per villages by adopting villages and schools. 
Angroop also assured a handicapped girl of fourth class of the school that he will provide her school fees every month from his pocket. RM LC Gupta, Sangeeta Karkara, BPEO Khanna Iqbal Singh and other concerned officials were also present at this time.
