Jalandhar, May 9, 2018: Innokids of Innocent Hearts Pre-Primary Section conducted an educational activity ‘Lime and Lemony Time’ for K.G.I and K.G.II. This activity was held simultaneously in the Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.-Jandiala Road and Royal World campuses.
During this activity the tiny tots were told of the benefits of intake of lemon more importantly in the summer season while being taught how to make lemonade and told to take it regularly in sufficient quantity. Students had made charts related to this activity and brought with them to the school.
Innokids Wing Incharge Ms. Gurmeet Kaur(G.M.T.), Ms.Alka Arora(Loharan), Ms. Nitika Kapoor(C.J.R.) and Ms. Pooja Rana(Royal World ) told the children that intake of lemon and its juice overcomes the deficiency of Vitamin C and saves us from the effect of ‘Loo’-the strong, dusty hot and dry winds of summer. This activity was greatly enjoyed by all the kids.
