Jalandhar, October 31, 2014: To commemorate the Birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day), CBSE planned mass activities across the country. Innocent Hearts School started the celebration with a special morning assembly. This began with the school prayer and followed by a speech of a student throwing light on the life of Sardar Patel. All the students vowed together to sustain unity in any work and to act as ambassadors of unity, safety and security. After undertaking the pledge, they took laps of the school sports ground to mark the run for unity. Students went to the coordinating school as per CBSE, MGN - Urban Estate, to participate in various activities.
