Innocent Hearts College Of Education Suspended Academic Activities

Jalandhar, October 22, 2016: Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar observed bandh on October 21 & 22, due to the non- payment of post-Matric scholarship funds for SC and OBC students by the state government and against the suggestion of the government that it will reimburse the scholarships at par the lowest fee structure of the government colleges which is clear violation of the central scheme. The central scheme states that the colleges will be reimbursed the paid seat fee, id\f such fee is decided by the state government. Black flags were hoisted in the campus and banner was put up on the college gate. Management, Principal, Staff members, SC and OBC students protested against the delay being done in the release of the scholarship funds.
