Infosys wins the 1st DLF Volleyball Championship

Chandigarh, June 22, 2018: Infosys won the final match of the 1st DLF Volleyball Championship held here at the DLF Building, IT Park, Manimajra today, while the eClerx team was declared the runner up. Mr K S Bawa and Mr Amit Midha graced the concluding function as the guest of honour.

The 3-day event was organized by Corporate Fit India in association with the Sportsaga. A total of 16 IT companies participated in the thrilling championship. On the basis of their performances, Mr Amarpreet Singh from the Infosys team was declared as the player of the match and Mr Abhishek from eClerx was announced player of the tournament. Similarly, Ms Chinam Bajaj of Infosys was honored as the woman of the match.

The event was supported by various corporates and popular brands, such as Zoomcar, Ischibaan Spa & Saloon, Funcity, Renault, Vivo, Palate, Ozi Gym, Wild Vitamin Drink, Sai Trophy, Decathlon, My Fm 94.3, Gracian Multi SpecialityHospital, Fateh Production, Pepsi, Pics Clicks, Pepprfry and Trikara.

The final match score was: Infosys set 1 – 21, Eclerx set 1 – 17, Infosys set 2 – 21, EClerx set 2 – 19.
