Only IT Company in Odisha to be part of 'Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya'
Bhubaneswar, March 21, 2016: Infosys Foundation in association with Akanksha, the CSR arm of Infosys Bhubaneswar, announced the successful completion of construction of 365 toilets in 110 schools of Odisha, as part of its endeavor to support the Prime Minister's 'Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan' mission in two phases. The second and final handover ceremony was held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at The Government High School, I.R.C village, Bhubaneswar and was attended by Sri Priyadarshi Mishra, Honorable MLA Bhubaneswar North, Sri Pradeep Kumar Jena, IAS, Principal Secretary, Water Resource, Electronics and IT (Government of Odisha), and Sri Prafulla Kumar Senapati, Head Master Government High School, I.R.C Village. Sri Pranab Prakash Das, Honorable Minister of Energy, Electronics and IT congratulated Akanksha, Infosys Bhubaneswar and Infosys Foundation for the successful completion of the project.
