Ludhiana, November 20, 2019: CICU has been organizing number of Seminars/Workshops for the benefits and up-gradation of the skills of the industry and trade sectors. The role of top management has become extremely critical now days. Therefore, CICU took initiative to organized One day workshop on Building World Class Organization.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU welcomed the participants and said that the World-class organizations are not built overnight. They are built with much effort. Like people are a function of their habits, organizations are a function of its practices. In This workshop Participants will learn the practices of world-class organizations and ways & means and case studies of successful organizations.
The interactive and thought provoking sessions was conducted by Suresh Mohan Semwal. He has vast exposure of conducting hundreds of training programs for various industries (300+) addressing all levels of management starting from the Chairman till the last line of management provides him with an unique insight into various dimensions of human behaviour management.
