Induction Furnace Association of North India decides to boycott public hearing of PSERC

Ludhiana, February 6, 2015: Induction Furnace Association of North India has decided to boycott the Tariff determination process and public hearing of Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission due to non co-operative behavior of PSERC.

“We feel that all process like file objections of ARR and Public Hearing are just a formality. All decisions are predicated as per the direction of PSPCL and State Govt. All complaint and suggestion are set aside by the commission. So we are not filing objections and not participate in the meeting in this regards”, said the Induction Furnaces Association of North India president KK Garg in a statement here today.
