Indian Open Air Paragliding Accuracy Competition 2016 begins

Dharamshala, November 11, 2016: Four days Indian Open Air Paragliding Accuracy Competition 2016 started at the world famed Paragliding site at Bir Billing in Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh on Friday.
The competition was flagged off by the MLA of Baijnath Mr.Kishori Lal at Bir today. Beside Indians, many foreigner paragliders are participating in the show which shall be organised from 11th to 14th November here.
Director, Billing Paragliding Association Mr.Anuraag Sharma said, “A total of 107 pilots from Countries like India, USA, Austria, Franceare participating in this competition.”
However, there was no take off on the opening day due to unfavorable winds.
