India Runway Week Summer 2018 dates & venue announced

New Delhi: India Runway Week 2018 organised by Indian Federation for Fashion Development (IFFD), the summer 2018 edition is here yet again to showcase some brilliant designs. India Runway Week is usually held twice every year and this time it’s slated for April 20 -22, 2018 and will be held at The Plaza, DLF Place, Saket in New Delhi. This season again we have decided to continue with the same venue as this venue offers wider & better space for designers to showcase their designs and easy commuting options to the visitors .

DLF Place Saket, being one of Delhi’s premium malls, people is expecting an excellent platform for business. Several new labels are also expected to put up their collections for display and that gives the buyers a lot more options to choose from. The Head of Fashion, Kiran Kheva, India Runway Week, revealed that with this venue, the event is expected to be much bigger and push every boundary of fashion and what fashion can achieve.

Speaking on the event Muckth Dograa, Head – DLF Place Saket said, “We are excited and pleased to be presenting the 10th India Runway Week at DLF Place Saket. DLF Place, Saket is inarguably a fashion and food destination in the south of Delhi and we are focused on bringing exciting and new platforms for our shoppers, so this event is in line with our endeavor.”

Last Season saw showcases including, Saaj by Ankita, James Ferreira, Bibi Russell, Rajdeep Ranawat, Akassh K Aggarwal, Varija Bajaj, Niharika Pandey and celebrities seen on the runway were Nushrat Bharucha, Singer Ankit Tiwari & Shivani Kashyap, Indian choreographer Geeta Kapoor, Shriya Saran, Bigboss fame Lopamudra Raut, Mirzya movie fame leading actress Saiyami Kher & TV actress Riddhi Dograa.
