IFA ZONE FACE OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2012: All set to rock City Beautiful

Chandigarh, December 7, 2012: Studio Model Creators, Chandigarh, now known as SMC BIZZ, has teamed up with IFA Zone, a leading clothing brand, to present ‘Face of the year- 2012’. 'Natural & confident' - being the threshold of this year's mega event, embarks on a northern platform after the success of its consecutive mega events which took the country by storm during last so many years.

This was announced at Chandigarh Press Club here today.

Explaining the course of schedule, Sunil Bansal, Director and Founder, Face of The Year Awards in year 2000 said, “This year this mega event is sponsored and promoted by IFA ZONE. Ms Photogenic, Body Beautiful, Best Cat walk will take place at Hotel Bella Vista Panchkula on 8 December.

Ms Best Eyes and Ms Best Smile at Thunderzone Water Park, Mohali on December 9. Best Costume, Perfect 10, Best Talent and Personality round will be held at Hotel La Fusion, Sector 11, Panchkula on December 10, 2012.

The Presentations Round for the Best Skin and the Best Eyes will be held at Cleopatra Spa & Salon, Sector 8, Chandigarh on December 11 and the Grand Finale will mesmerize you at Inderdhanush Auditorium, Sector 5, Panchkula on December 12.

IFA ZONE, the main sponsor of the event, in association with SMC BIZZ will also be doing a charity of Rs. 1,11,111 for an NGO on the day of the event.”

After spending quite some time in Hong Kong both the entrepreneurs decided to move to India and wanted to do revolutionary changes in the garment industry. The duo will be starting a new venture of their own by its brand name IFA ZONE in the city beautiful Chandigarh with very innovative and wonderful collections meeting International Standards which are beautifully designed by world’s most renowned designers and export houses from all over the world in the month of February 2013. These two likeminded young Entrepreneurs gave up their studies at a very tender age as their minds were completely devoted to do something different in the world of garment industry.

It was a great challenge for both of them since they were not only getting any support but also getting discouragement from their family and friends. Dr. K.K Khandelwal, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, and Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department, Government of Haryana. He is also the National Vice President of Bharat Scouts and Guides will be the Guest of Honour.

He has held several positions, including DC-Faridabad; Administrator-HUDA, Gurgaon and Panchkula; Director-Public Relations & Cultural Affairs; Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Cooperation Ltd; Director-Tourism, Haryana; and Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation, among others. He has authored around 18 books on Management, Engineering, Economics, Culture, Law, etc.

The event promises entertainment unlimited. The show is being managed by SMC BIZZ headed and directed by renowned fashion & commercial photographer, master trainer who has trained more than 2000 models all across the country  and Event Manager & Director SMC BIZZ Sunil Bansal. The show will be choreographed by Mallone Singh, who had choreographed and composed the music for major shows in the country, and is being supported by famous National & International Dance troupes and Pop singers. IFA ZONE will also be showcasing their collection & fashion accessories, country’s renowned models will put the ramp on fire.
