ICSI Hyderabad Chapter Elects New Office Bearers for 2016

Hyderabad, January 20, 2016: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI), a professional body of Company Secretaries constituted under an Act of Parliament Hyderabad Chapter elected new office bearers for the year 2016.  Mahadev Tirunagari is elected as Chairman, Hyderabad Chapter, disclosed a press note issued in city today. 

The other office bearers include: R. Venkata Ramana, Vice Chairman; MV. Ravi Kumar, Secretary and Rahul Jain, Treasurer. This team will be in office for one year term

Mahadev Tirunagari held the position as Vice-Chairman of Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI in the year 2015, and was Chairman of Investor Awareness Committee and CSBF Committee. First ever a Walk to create Awareness about CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) was organised under his stewardship. 

Mahadev has been a Company Secretary in Practice and has possessed a Decade of rich Experience in Secretarial Services and Merchant Banking Activities. He is a Director in Arth Corporate Advisory Services Private Limited and Partner in Arth Corporate Consultancy Services LLP. He holds a Master Degree in Finance and Bachelor degree in Law

By Nature he is a Philanthropist and believes in the Concept of Think About Neighbour. To Promote this concept, he floated a Trust with the Name “Think About Neighbour Foundation” for which he is the Founder Chairman. And he is an active volunteer in Manavata.
