I am back in Dharamshala and  will take good rest : Dalai Lama
Dharamshala, August 14, 2018: Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama arrived in Dharamshala on Tuesday afternoon after completing a strenuous 45-day tour to Ladakh, Delhi, Goa and Bangalore, replying to a query ,how he manage such long tours , He said, “My tour has been very successful. It has been a very long trip and I have made a mistake going to Laddakh first because that is a high altitude place and I stay there really long. I went to many places including Kargil so I think it has been too much now I am already 83 and my body is telling me to be careful, otherwise it has been a very good programme. As I always pray for the benefit of human beings and I think it has been beneficial and I want to send the message to all the Tibetans inside and outside that everything has been really well and I will take rest now I am in Dharamshala.” Talking to Media at Dharamshala airport The Nobel Peace laureates said,” I think mainly peaceful mind really makes a difference. I was able to do much service as I have always wished to. Dalai lama was received at the Dharamshala airport by President of Tibetan government in Exile, Dr Lobsang Sangay, Speaker of Tibetan parliament in Exile Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, representatives of Tibetan NGOs and local Tibetans. Dalai Lama’s upcoming schedule includes: September 4 – 7, 2018: Four days of teachings and continuation of last year’s topic on Buddhapalita’s Commentary on the Fundamental Wisdom of the Middle Way (drel-pa Buddhapalita) at the Main Tibetan Temple Tsuglagkhang in Dharamshala, before leaving on a tour to Sweden, Holland, Germany and Switzerland from September 12 to 23.
