HRD Minister to visit LPU on Nov 6

Jalandhar, November 4, 2019: Hon’ble Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ is visiting LPU on 6th November 2019. He will award 240+ students who have won LPU’s Study Grant scholarship to study in top institutions of the country. LPU has launched ‘Study Grant’ through its annual LPU NEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test) to honour meritorious students, who work hard to get admissions in the top institutions of the country including IIMs, IITs, NITs, NLUs, IHMs, NIFTs and more. The award winning students had appeared for LPU’s entrance test before making to the top of the admission lists of different institutions across the country. On this occasion, HRD Minister will also raise the curtain for initiation of annual ‘One World’ Fest of the university, which is chalked out by 4000+ International students from 50+ countries studying at LPU.
