HMV organises one day seminar-cum-workshop

Jalandhar, February 27, 2016: Zoology Department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organised one day seminar-cum-workshop on the topic Diagnostic techniques in Parasitological and Bacteriological Investigations under DBT grant with the directions of Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj. Dr. Parvinder Kaur and Dr. Charanjit Sarangal from NRDDL Jalandhar were the resource persons. Mrs. Renuka Bhatti, Officiating Principal welcomed the guests and appreciated the efforts of students and teachers of Zoology department. Dr. Parvinder Kaur gave seminar on Parasitic protozoans and helminthes and also shown for the same.
Dr. Charanjit Sarangal gave seminar on Bacterial culture techniques and staining methods and demonstrated the methods to the students. The students shown keen interest and learnt a lot about latest techniques. Mrs. Kiranjit Kaur, HOD Zoology organized the event alongwith other members of the staff. Dr. Seema Marwaha, Ms. Avantika, Ms. Akanksha, Mr. Amit Kumar, Mr. Ashok Gautam and Mr. Satish Kumar.
