Jalandhar, October 24, 2014: Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar Badminton Team won the GNDU Badminton Championship by defeating BBK DAV College For Women, Amritsar in the final with the score 3-0. The College also defeated Khalsa College for Women, Amrtisar & S.D College For Women, Jalandhar with the score 3-0.
Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj congratulated the winning team members, Staff & coaches. She also told that Ritu Vinayak, Kiranpreet, Navjot & Surbhi selected for GNDU Badminton Team for North Zone Championship which is going to be held at Jammu from October 27 to 30.
On this Occasion, Sudershan Kang, Head of the Department were also present.
